Scarf Face

In high school I unwittingly developed a bit of a reputation. I learned of my notoriety when an upperclassman asked my friend “What’s the name of the girl who always wears scarves?” I suppose there are worse things to earn a reputation for. If anything, my scarf addiction has grown with age. They’re suitable year-round with different materials, textures, colors, and patterns. It’s one of my favorite ways to change my look without investing in an expansive wardrobe. Here are a few on-trend winter options that won’t break the bank: fancy faux furs, cozy chunky knits, traditional plaids, and some cashmere for everyday elegance.
